Meet Mandy Regan
Born and raised in Arizona, Mandy has lived throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area allowing her to be very knowledgable about neighborhood trends and be connected with the pulse of the valley. She has enjoyed the great pleasure of growing up in Arizona and absolutely loves it here.
Mandy sees the true beauty of all there is to offer in Arizona. Where else can you find fabulous well-known restaurants, an endless amount of shopping, great schools, beautiful scenery, great entertainment, and a beautiful winter season where you can lay by the pool or travel a couple of hours up north to enjoy some snow?
She has always loved working with people and excels with customer service, always striving to make people happy and smile. Real estate is the best avenue for her because she seeks to help others and has a true passion for connecting with people.
Meet Courtney Neugart
Courtney Neugart was born in Durango, Colorado but has lived in the Valley of the Sun since 1987. She has been married for almost 16 years and has 3 amazing children, Brittni 22, Jaxon 16, and Alisandra 10. Courtney has lived all over the valley but has lived in Chandler for the last 17 years. She is well versed in the communities of the greater Phoenix area and has a strong knowledge of the overall market. She has been representing buyers, sellers, investors, and renters in the valley since 2006. Courtney grew up around real estate. Her mother and stepfather owned a real estate brokerage throughout her childhood in Central Phoenix. About a year and a half ago Courtney started her own real estate group, with her friend and now business partner Mandy Regan, The Bella Realty Team of My Home Group.
Not only is Courtney dedicated to helping her friends/family and clients with all of their real estate needs, but she also has a strong passion to work with today’s youth and give back to her community. Courtney volunteers several hours a week with students at her church and volunteers all the time with different organizations throughout the valley.
