We had our home listed with another realtor for several months with no offers. When we called Mandy in to give us some advice on why our home wasn't moving, she was very helpful and provided honest feedback and advice. We switched our listing over to her, and within a week we had multiple offers and ended up selling the home over asking price. At that point we also had become very frustrated with our home search, but Mandy was positive from the get go and found us a home that we absolutely love.
Mandy is extremely professional, quick to respond, and always seemed to be one step ahead of us when it came to getting things done. We have bought and sold homes in several states over the last 10 years, and Mandy is by far the most professional agent we have ever dealt with. She was always a step ahead of us, we never felt like we had to prod her to do things, and when it came time to negotiate both the buy and sell, we knew we were in good hands and just let her handle things.
